The Army-2022 Forum has started in Patriot Park

On August 15, 2022, the VIII International Military-Technical Forum Army-2022 began its work at the Patriot Convention and Exhibition Center.

The events of the forum will last until August 21, 2022. About 1.5 thousand Russian organizations of the military-industrial complex presented their products at the forum. Delegations from 70 countries are going to visit the Army-2022, countries of the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Latin America pay special attention to the forum.

At the opening ceremony of the forum, President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin stressed that Russia has many allies and like-minded people on different continents. "These are states that do not bend before the hegemon, their leaders show a real masculine character," the President noted.

On the first day of the forum, the exposition was also visited by Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation – Minister of Industry and Trade Denis Manturov, First Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Ruslan Tsalikov, Deputy Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation Timur Ivanov, Director General of the State Corporation Roscosmos Yuri Borisov, Director General of the State Corporation Rosatom Alexey Likhachev, Director General of the state CorporationRostec Sergey Chemezov, CEO of Rosoboronexport Alexander Mikheev, etc.

Denis Manturov singled out the vector of technological independence among the main areas of work of defense enterprises. "Import substitution projects in the fields of special engineering, aviation, shipbuilding, road transport and a number of other areas are aimed at this," he said in his speech at the forum.

It has a fleet of 7 sea vessels, is a cargo agent of ferries delivering cargo to the Kaliningrad region. The company's vessels are actively operating in the Arctic, Asia and the Middle East, including the delivery of heavy and oversized cargo.

Oboronlogistics LLC pays great attention to digitalization in the visual support of transportation. For this purpose, the capacities of the Situational and Logistics Center of Oboronlogistics LLC are involved, which uses its own developments, as well as equipment and software of Russian companies in its work.
