14 September 2017

According to the agreement reached in April 2017 in Moscow at the Russian-Lebanese Forum, the delegation of Oboronlogistika paid a return visit to the city of Tripoli, the capital of the province of Northern Lebanon.

The host party was the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Northern Lebanon, which held a series of negotiations with the Lebanese industrial circles on the expansion of Russian-Lebanese trade cooperation.

The President of the Commerce and Industry Chamber of Northern Lebanon, Mr.Tawfik Debussy and General Director of Oboronlogistika, Anton Filatov agreed to work together to use the port of Tripoli as a transport and logistics hub linking the Middle East with the Russian ports.

The fleet of Oboronlogistika is able to ensure a regular turnover between the two countries, and the unique location and technical equipment of the port of Tripoli allow to stock up all kinds of cargo, both coming from Russia, and meant for Russian consumers.
