We are starting Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful! On July 29 and 30, 2023, the long–awaited event for residents and guests of the Kaliningrad region, as well as for all Russians, will take place at the Yantar Hall concert Hall in Svetlogorsk – the annual International Music Festival of the comic game Club of the Cheerful and Resourceful Voicing KiViN, which is held by the TV Creative Association AMIK together with the First Channel of Russian Television.

According to the organizers, th festival makes a great contribution to cultural exchange between the regions of the Russian Federation, CIS countries and neighboring countries. The peculiarity of this festival is the music competition, which makes it the most massive, spectacular and rating event of the summer. On July 29, there will be a televised dress rehearsal, and on July 30, a gala concert. The presence of more than three thousand people is planned.

From 1996 to 2014, the Voicing Kivin was held in Jurmala, and since 2015, due to the political situation, the festival moved to the city of Svetlogorsk, Kaliningrad region, to the new modern variety theater Yantar Hall, where it has been successfully held for the 9th year in a row.

However, in 2023, the next unfriendly steps of limitrophs and restrictions on the transit passage of motor vehicles with television equipment through their territory could put the music festival at risk.

As always, Oboronlogistics and ferries operating on the Ust-Luga– Baltiysk Line came to the aid of the cultural life of the country and the region. All television sets, sound, filming and lighting equipment were transported to the Kaliningrad region by ferry, bypassing the territories of neighboring states.

Currently, all 4 railway ferries are involved on the Ust-Luga - Baltiysk railway ferry line: Ambal (owner of Oboronlogistics), Baltiysk, Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky (owner of Rosmorport, cargo operator Oboronlogistics).
