Appropriate working conditions

In order to ensure safe working conditions for employees and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, on the instructions of the head of Oboronlogistics, in July 2023, a specialized organization conducted a special assessment of working conditions in the company's office.

According to the results of the inspection, the working conditions were recognized as acceptable and in accordance with the state regulatory requirements for labor protection at all workplaces of the office.

Information about the conducted special assessment has been entered into the Federal State Information System for Recording the results of a special assessment of working conditions 21 of June 2023. The identification number of the report is 737379.

Special assessment is carried out at least once every 5 years, and includes a set of measures to identify harmful or dangerous factors of the production environment and the labor process, assess their impact and the use of protective equipment for the employee. All workplaces without exception are subject to a special assessment of working conditions.

A special assessment of working conditions is regularly carried out on ships and in the offices of the Oboronlogistics Group of Companies. The management carefully ensures that all office workers and ship crew members have equally comfortable, safe and healthy working conditions.

Every employee can also contribute to the fight against injuries and accidents in the workplace to ensure healthy working conditions and prosperity of the organization. To do this, it is necessary: to comply with safety rules, not to expose yourself and colleagues to unreasonable risk, to know your rights, to participate in the implementation of preventive measures, to rationalize and optimize the processes of work.
