Results of the first half of 2023

Oboronlogistics summed up the results of work for the first half of 2023. The analysis of financial and economic activities showed that the company is developing steadily and increasing the volume of transportation in strategic directions.

In 2023, the company's own and attracted fleet transported about a million tons of cargo. Traditionally, sea transportation shows the greatest positive dynamics: Oboronlogistics ensures stable loading of the Ust-Luga – Baltiysk railway ferry line, as well as the Crimea–Caucasus ferry crossing, which resumed its work in October 2022.

The transportation of commercial and humanitarian goods continued on the Novorossiysk – Tartus line. Under the conditions of Western sanctions and import substitution, there is an increase in the volume of traffic in both directions, an influx of new customers and an increasing interest in the Middle East among shippers.
In the first half of 2023, the Ursa Major, the largest cargo ship in the fleet of Oboronlogistics, involved in commercial transportation to Asia, completed another long voyage, delivering 4,000 tons of project cargo.

Since the beginning of 2023, the company's specialists have noted a significant increase in applications for road transport. If in March 2023 about 100 transports were carried out, then in June – more than 300. The number of road transportations is increasing under the conditions of the import substitution policy adopted by the Russian Federation. There are more active movements of goods between enterprises, suppliers, retailers and consumers within the country.

The company's immediate plans include increasing the customer base of government and commercial customers, increasing cargo turnover in all directions, and expanding the geography of its presence.
