Oboronlogistics summed up the results of the sea transportation carried out in September 2023:
1. The ferries Maria and Lawrentiy, involved in the line Crimea – Caucasus, made 279 round trips, transported 14,500 vehicles and about 41,000 passengers. This is less than last month, due to the restoration of full-fledged traffic on the Crimean Bridge.
2. All four ferries continued to operate on the Ust-Luga – Baltiysk railway ferry line: Ambal, Baltiysk, Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky. In total, they transported more than 140,000 tons of cargo, over 2,600 wagons and about 2,300 units of rolling equipment there and back. The main nomenclature of cargo consisted of fuel and lubricants and construction materials, fertilizers, food.
3. Stability is noted on the container line St. Petersburg - Kaliningrad. The vessels Sparta and Sparta II involved in the line transported about 25,000 tons of cargo, including:
containers – 1,439 units. (19,380 tons);
rolling equipment – 196 units . (5,047 tons);
general cargo – 763 tons .
