Oboronlogistics LLC summed up the results of the sea transportation performed in November 2023:
1. The ferries Maria and Lawrence on the line Crimea – Caucasus, made about 200 round trips (60 flights less than last month), transported 10,000 vehicles and 17,000 passengers. This is less than last month due to a significant deterioration in weather conditions in the strait, as well as the departure of the ferry Maria for scheduled repairs as part of the next inspection.
2. Four railway ferries on the Ust-Luga– Baltiysk line transported 126,000 tons of cargo back and forth in total (including over 2,500 wagons and 2,300 units of rolling equipment), which is 13% more than last month. The November storms did not significantly affect the operation of the line. As usual, the main range of goods consisted of fuels, lubricants and construction materials, fertilizers, and food products.
3. There is a slight decrease in the number of transported goods on the St. Petersburg - Kaliningrad container line, since Sparta II underwent scheduled repairs in November as part of an interim inspection. In total, the vessels Sparta and Sparta on the line transported about 20,000 tons of cargo (6,000 tons less than in October), including:
containers – 1,391 units. (18,370 tons);
rolling equipment – 111 units. (2,445 tons);
the general cargo is 185 tons.
