Shipping status is confirmed

In February 2024, the Russian Classification Society confirmed the status of Oboronlogistics as a shipping company and issued a document confirming the compliance of its safety management system (SMS) with the requirements of the International Management Code for the Safe Operation of Ships and for Pollution Prevention (ISM Code). 

A certificate of status of a shipping company is issued for a period of five years, and is confirmed annually.

Oboronlogistics owns sea vessels of various types with an unlimited navigation area, carries out sea transportation around the world, and also has its own container fleet. The vessels are equipped with modern ballast water treatment systems, which reduce the risks of biological contamination.

Oboronlogistics vessels carry out cargo delivery tasks in the waters of the Baltic, Black, Mediterranean and Indian Oceans, and also operate on the Ust-Luga – Baltiysk and Crimea – Kavkaz ferry lines, the St. Petersburg – Kaliningrad and Novorossiysk – Tartus container lines.

The total carrying capacity of Oboronlogistics' own fleet is more than 45 thousand tons. In 2023, the company transported about 5.5 million tons of cargo with its own and borrowed fleet.
