"So the summer has passed..." Oboronlogistics summed up the results of sea transportation performed in August 2024.

1. On the Crimea-Caucasus line, Oboronlogistics's auto-passenger ferries, despite the difficult situation associated with shelling and the missile threat, made a total of about 167 round trips, transported more than 11,000 passengers and 7,000 vehicles.

2. There were 4 ferries on the Ust-Luga – Baltiysk line (Ambal, Antey, Marshal Rokossovsky and General Chernyakhovsky).

In total, the ferries transported about 116,000 tons of cargo there and back (including 2,385 wagons and 2,461 units of rolling equipment). This is slightly lower than last month, since in August the ferries managed to make 2 fewer trips. The main nomenclature of cargo, as always, was made up of fuels and lubricants and construction materials, fertilizers, as well as food.

3. On the St. Petersburg-Kaliningrad line in August, the universal dry cargo ship Sparta II operated, it transported more than 10,000 tons of cargo, the same as last month, including:

containers – 412 units (5,645 tons);

rolling equipment – 206 units (5,103 tons);

general cargo – 34 tons.
