BID: first results of work

BID JSC (Intelligent Delivery Base) and OBL-Spetstrans, which are part of the Oboronlogistics group of companies, continue to actively develop a seamless cargo transportation system. In December 2024, exactly six months have passed since the official launch of the BID digital platform, and the results of the first half of the year turned out to be very impressive.

If in September the forces of the Oboronlogistics Group of Companies organized 750 road transportations, then in November - already about 6,000! This growth was made possible largely due to the introduction of the BID digital platform, which can be used by both shippers interested in the prompt delivery of their goods and carriers who are ready to deliver efficiently and professionally. Carrier companies throughout Russia have already joined the system.

The main principle of the BID platform is its transparency and security. The BID platform helps the cargo owner to find reliable performers in the field of long-haul road transportation with and without temperature control, transportation of inert bulk cargo, oversized and small-sized cargo, containers, as well as rental of construction equipment.

Road transportation is carried out throughout Russia, including historical regions, as well as for the needs of a special military operation: construction materials, food, equipment, military and humanitarian cargo, medical equipment and drugs are delivered.

In addition, since 2024, Oboronlogistics has been actively involved in the market of road construction services. The company's tasks include the organization of the delivery of inert cargo (sand, crushed stone, soil), as well as oversized structures for the construction of large backbone infrastructure projects in the Russian Federation, such as high-speed highways that are being actively built.

Thus, as of December 5, 2024, the Company delivered more than 300 thousand cubic meters of building materials to construction sites in the Moscow region, and made more than 21 thousand trips of dump trucks.
