When the weather is not good

Oboronlogistics summed up the results of its work in June 2025:

1. On the Crimea-Caucasus line, Oboronlogistics car ferries made a total of 260 round trips, transported 17,500 passengers and 12,000 vehicles, which is 9% more than last month.

2. On the Ust-Luga – Baltiysk line, where Oboronlogistics is the cargo agent, there were 4 railway ferries (Ambal, Baltiysk, General Chernyakhovsky and Marshal Rokossovsky). The cargo-passenger ferry Antey suspended flights and went for 2 months for scheduled repairs.

In total, 4 ferries transported 117,766 tons of cargo (including 2,272 wagons and 2,011 units of rolling equipment) - which is 15% less than in the previous month. The decrease is due to a series of storms that affected the operation of ports in the Baltic, and the repair of the Antey ferry.

The main nomenclature of cargo was fuel, lubricants and construction materials, fertilizers, as well as food.

3. The Sparta II dry cargo ship operated on the St. Petersburg-Kaliningrad container line, which transported about 9,500 tons of cargo, which is 19% more than last month.

Of these:
containers – 341 units (5,502 tons),
rolling equipment – 163 units (3,977 tons),
general cargo – 6 tons.
