Working conditions correspond

To ensure safe working conditions and in compliance with the requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation, in September 2025, a specialized organization conducted a special assessment of working conditions (SAWC) for employees of Oboronlogistics's onshore services.

The results of the inspection showed that the working conditions at the facility comply with the state regulatory requirements for labor protection. Information on the conducted special assessment of working conditions was entered into the Federal State Information System for Recording the Results of a Special Assessment of Working Conditions (FGIS SAWC) on 30.09.2025. The identification number of the report 1211592.

A special assessment of working conditions is regularly carried out on sea vessels and in the onshore divisions of the Oboronlogistics Group of Companies. The management carefully monitors that all employees have equally comfortable, safe and harmless working conditions.

The working environment includes a set of measures to identify harmful or dangerous factors of the production environment and the work process, assess their impact and use employee protective equipment. All workplaces without exception are subject to a special assessment of working conditions. The event is held at least once every 5 years.
