To Kaliningrad at a preferential rate

«Oboronlogistics» has resumed container cargo transportation on the sea route «Saint Petersburg – Kaliningrad» at a fixed preferential complex tariff rate (FPCTR) under the maritime transportation subsidy programme.

In 2026, the Government of the Russian Federation, as before, will allocate funds for maritime transportation to and from the Kaliningrad Region. Subsidies are distributed among companies that deliver cargo using their own or contracted vessels.

The purpose of the subsidy mechanism is to compensate carriers for part of the costs associated with ensuring stable freight traffic to the Kaliningrad Region, which is isolated from the country’s main territory. This helps maintain the affordability of goods delivery and ensures the stable operation of the regional economy.

The cost of sea transportation of one container under the FPCTR for the cargo owner will be 1 ruble.
